In order to be CA legal, it needs all of the following: 1. Minimum barrel length of 18". 2. Minimum overall length of 26". 3. Fixed magazine
So I have a 12.5" KUSA komrad 12 gauge with an sba3, because of the new brace rule or law or whatever the fuck it is, I was going to just
allow these laws to cover any firearm that has been modified from an NFA item. For example, the Kalashnikov USA Komrad.

They "were legal" for the same reason any NFA firearm is legal.it meets the definition in federal law and the appropriate federal tax is paid
